Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Ian MacKaye, 'DC EP' is a brief but remarkably poignant installment in John Frusciante's ambitious six-records-in-six-months release series. Stripped of excessive studio embellishments, the collection highlights his warm, idiosyncratic vocal delivery and delicate guitar phrasing in an intimate, deeply sentimental setting.
