Album Notes & Community Reviews
An EP by Japanese singer Kahimi Karie, 'My Suitor' continues her long-running collaboration with songwriter Momus and the Shibuya-kei circle. Its chamber pop arrangements and whispered French- and Japanese-language vocals keep the record in the ornate pop tradition she helped define in the 1990s.
