Aquarium Drunkard's Lagniappe Session 2018

Album Notes & Community Reviews

This second installment in the covers series features a more atmospheric and polished approach to reinterpretation, including material from the 'Silver Jews'. The production utilizes subtle layering and more varied vocal phrasing that reflects the artist's move toward a more sophisticated studio sound. It serves as a stylistic document of his continued investigation into the preservation of song history through a contemporary folk lens.
