I

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The first of a new series of EPs, 'I' finds La Dispute returning with a renewed sense of urgency and aggression. The tracks are a noisy and energetic blend of their signature poetic post-hardcore with angular post-punk influences. It's an anxious and dark collection of songs, exploring themes of domesticity and urban decay with a passionate, cathartic intensity.
