Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as a surprise to fans, this EP is a lush and sentimental collection of songs that bridge the gap between her studio albums. 'Crying in the Carwash' blends smooth, contemporary R&B with the shuffling, syncopated rhythms of UK Garage and 2-step. It's a passionate and introspective project that explores the bittersweet complexities of love and longing with a sophisticated sonic palette.
