Album Notes & Community Reviews
A seven-inch EP on New York's Norton Records gathering Reed's earliest recordings: 'So Blue' and 'Leave Her for Me' by his high school band the Jades, from 1958, and two previously unissued 1962 solo sides, 'Your Love' and 'Merry Go Round'. Session saxophonist King Curtis plays on the material, which predates the Velvet Underground by several years.
