Album Notes & Community Reviews

Dropped as a surprise precursor to his 'Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper' full-length, this vibrant release bursts with densely layered, hallucinatory electronic pop. Noah Lennox utilizes intensely repetitive, bouncy vocal loops heavily inspired by classic hip-hop production, masking deeply anxious lyrical themes beneath a sunny, dizzying psychedelic exterior. The title track perfectly bridges his organic Animal Collective origins with a modern, sample-heavy beat aesthetic.
