My Iron Lung

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bridging the stylistic gap between their grunge-indebted debut and their critically acclaimed sophomore effort, this release is driven by bitter reflections on sudden fame. The title track, famously recorded live at the Astoria in London, serves as a direct, resentful commentary on the massive success of their hit single 'Creep'. The complex, jagged guitar arrangements indicated a vast artistic leap forward for the young quintet.
