Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Rebecca Black Was Here' executes a remarkably confident reinvention, embracing sleek, futuristic electropop and glitchy hyperpop textures. The project features surprisingly introspective, bittersweet songwriting detailing queer heartbreak and personal resilience. It effectively demolished her early internet infamy, earning widespread critical validation as a genuinely compelling, alternative pop voice.
