Another of their foundational EPs on Too Pure, 'Plainsong' saw Seefeel pushing further into electronic territory. The release emphasizes hypnotic, looping rhythms and textures, moving their sound decisively towards ambient techno and post-rock while retaining the ethereal atmosphere of dream pop. This EP was crucial in building the momentum and defining the sound that would feature on their classic debut album, 'Quique'.
