Album Notes & Community Reviews

Preceding their breakthrough full-length, 'Pikul' establishes the core shoegaze and alternative rock dynamics of the Los Angeles quartet. The EP relies on hazy, distorted guitar textures and subdued vocal performances, channeling the quintessential atmospheric aesthetics of 1990s independent rock. It served as a critical introduction to their lush, feedback-drenched signature sound.
