Album Notes & Community Reviews
Functioning as an emotionally raw bridge between 'Wild Love' and 'The Doctor Came at Dawn', this EP highlights Bill Callahan's transition towards slightly clearer studio production. The stark, acoustic arrangements heavily focus on themes of romantic dissolution and deep isolation. It stands as one of his most nakedly depressive and intimate early-career releases.
