Launching their highly experimental SYR series of instrumental releases, this project features the New York legends abandoning traditional song structures for sprawling, deeply atmospheric improvisation. The title track slowly builds from gentle, repetitive guitar chimes into an overwhelming, hypnotic squall of feedback, highlighting the band's profound connection to the avant-garde classical movement. It was the first release on their own independent imprint, allowing them total creative freedom outside their major label contract.
