Innocence Bleeds

Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'Innocence Bleeds', Essex-based metallic hardcore group Splitknuckle delivers a ferocious and aggressive sound, combining hard-hitting beatdowns with elements of crossover-thrash and death metal. The album's self-recorded production balances a raw, unpolished edge with musical complexity, underpinning raging guttural vocals and intricate guitar work. The songwriting is fueled by themes of anger and betrayal, with a direct lyrical focus on social and political injustice.
