Album Notes & Community Reviews

Initially intended to be a full-length collaboration with Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, this conceptually ambitious effort was ultimately truncated into an extended play due to fraught studio sessions. Despite the behind-the-scenes turmoil, the resulting compositions successfully injected a deeper, more hypnotic funk and world-beat sensibility into the quirky, retro-futuristic new wave sound that defined their early success.
