Album Notes & Community Reviews

Helmed by former Fall member Dick Witts, this debut release on Object Music introduced a densely intellectual and confrontational approach to the Manchester scene. The jagged instrumentation, uncomfortably blunt lyricism, and aggressive vocal delivery actively sought to dismantle traditional, romanticized notions of pop music songwriting.
