Album Notes & Community Reviews

Self-released initially before being reissued to wide acclaim, this debut EP introduces the Los Angeles quartet's profoundly hypnotic, jam-oriented aesthetic. Mixed entirely by former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante, the tracks rely on sinuous basslines, atmospheric guitar interplay, and haunting, intertwined vocal harmonies.
