Released between their albums 'Fakebook' and 'May I Sing with Me', this EP perfectly captures the band's developing sonic identity. 'That Is Yo La Tengo' showcases their signature blend of sounds, moving from dreamy, atmospheric pop to blistering noise rock workouts. It's a fantastic compilation of non-album tracks that highlights the full spectrum of their sound during this fertile creative period.
