Buler铆a

Buler铆as is the most festive and technically demanding of the flamenco palos, built on an intricate twelve-beat comp谩s that shifts its accents in groupings of twos and threes. Born in Jerez de la Frontera in the late nineteenth century, it traditionally closes flamenco gatherings as the fin de fiesta, when *Camar贸n de la Isla*, *La Paquera de Jerez* or *Terremoto de Jerez* would test singers, guitarists and dancers at full speed. Guitarists like *Paco de Luc铆a* made tracks such as "Cepa Andaluza" a proving ground, and the palo remains flamenco's supreme test of rhythm.
