Sigilkore

Sigilkore is an internet-born offshoot of trap and cloud rap defined by aggressively distorted, bass-boosted production and occult imagery. Tracks are built on blown-out 808s, bitcrushed synths and clipped, abrasive mixes, with vocals pitched, filtered or snarled until they become texture. Emerging from *SpaceGhostPurrp*'s earlier dark underground rap and crystallized around 2019 by *Luci4* and the *Jewelxxet* collective, the style pairs hexd and hyperpop elements with sigil artwork, anime references and horror aesthetics. Songs are short, single-driven and circulated through SoundCloud, Discord and TikTok rather than albums or labels.
