Album Notes & Community Reviews

Featuring a stripped-down, menacingly sparse beat produced by Dr. Dre and Mike Elizondo, 'In da Club' announced 50 Cent's arrival as the dominant force in commercial hip-hop. Its impossibly catchy birthday-themed hook and ominous orchestral hits made it an inescapable, global party anthem. The single's massive success helped make 'Get Rich or Die Tryin'' one of the fastest-selling albums in history.
