Album Notes & Community Reviews

A ballad written by Paul Waaktaar-Savoy for his band Savoy and re-recorded by a-ha for 'Minor Earth Major Sky', 'Velvet' sets Morten Harket's falsetto over a restrained, string-led arrangement. Its release as a single accompanied the Norwegian trio's commercial comeback.
