Album Notes & Community Reviews
Deeply honoring her Ethiopian heritage, 'Maktoub' seamlessly integrates traditional East African musical scales and distinct vocal inflections directly into a hard-hitting ragga rhythm. The release stands as a profoundly personal, culturally rich club anthem that brilliantly expands her signature fusion of global dance music.
