Anchored by a famously relentless, heavy, stomping drum groove provided by John Stanier, the track navigates intensely complex, cyclical guitar and bass loops. The bizarre, heavily pitch-shifted and manipulated vocals of Tyondai Braxton add a surreal, almost cartoonish element to the fiercely technical instrumentation. It successfully translated the rigid complexities of math-rock into an unlikely, highly danceable indie club anthem.
