Myth

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Opening the universally acclaimed 'Bloom', this track perfectly refines Beach House's signature, expansive dream pop sound into a pristine, cinematic arrangement. Alex Scally's shimmering, delayed guitar lines and Victoria Legrand's deep, androgynous vocals create an overwhelming sense of romantic fatalism. It stands as a towering achievement of the 2010s indie music scene, balancing massive sonic atmosphere with incredibly precise melodic songwriting.
