Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking its title from Georges Franju's 1960 French horror film, 'Eyes Without a Face' contrasted Billy Idol's usual punk-sneer rock with an atmospheric, synth-heavy balladry. The track features ethereal backing vocals by Perri Lister singing the original French title ('Les yeux sans visage') over Steve Stevens's intricate guitar arrangements.
