Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating as a deeply influential pillar of Texas blues, this completely raw acoustic performance relies on highly intricate, unpredictable guitar phrasing. The wildly passionate, slightly surreal lyricism regarding infidelity and longing quickly became a definitive trope within the country blues lexicon.
