Album Notes & Community Reviews

A brilliantly executed novelty record that parodies the contemporary 'Mashed Potato' dance craze through a graveyard narrative. Featuring Pickett's spot-on imitation of horror icon Boris Karloff and eerie sound effects like bubbling water and clanking chains, it became the definitive Halloween pop anthem.
