Album Notes & Community Reviews

An incredibly stark, acoustic meditation on addiction and late-night depression in New York City. Accompanied only by a softly picked acoustic guitar, Conor Oberst's devastatingly vulnerable lyricism famously propelled the track to the number one spot on the Billboard Hot Singles Sales chart.
