Vitamin C / I'm So Green

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Anchored by Jaki Liebezeit's immaculate, metronomic drum break, this track perfectly highlights Can's masterful synthesis of deep funk grooves and avant-garde improvisation. Damo Suzuki's whispered, enigmatic vocal delivery contributes to the song's tense, deeply hypnotic atmosphere. The track's dense rhythmic structure profoundly influenced later post-punk and electronic dance music producers.
