Album Notes & Community Reviews

A single from Cypress Hill's fourth album 'IV', a stoner rap track built on Muggs's murky, minor key production and B-Real's nasal delivery. Its subject, a fictional doctor dispensing marijuana, extends the Los Angeles group's long running cannabis mythology.
