Moon River

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released on Valentine's Day, this delicate, ethereal cover of the classic Henry Mancini composition strips the song down to its absolute emotional core. Layering multiple, pitch-shifted vocal takes over a sparse, reverberating guitar line, the artist transforms the 1961 standard into an intimate piece of modern alternative R&B. The track showcases his unmatched ability to inject profound, contemporary melancholy into established pop culture standards.
