Album Notes & Community Reviews

A masterful solo effort written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio, building from a subdued, lounge-style introduction into an explosive, brass-driven chorus. The sophisticated arrangement and Valli's impassioned, soaring vocal delivery established the track as a timeless standard of 1960s pop-soul.
