Album Notes & Community Reviews
Godsmack's second album, fronted by Sully Erna and produced by Erna with Mudrock, hardens the band's Alice in Chains-influenced groove metal into downtuned, rhythm-first riffing. The title track and 'Greed' lead a record whose lyric focus turns on anger and spiritual disillusion.
