Album Notes & Community Reviews

Built around a jagged, looping guitar sample by black midi, 'Knees' is a harrowing and deeply moving exploration of physical and emotional deterioration. Serving as a poignant centerpiece of the group's final album in their original formation, the track carries a funereal atmosphere heavily influenced by the declining health and subsequent loss of core member Stepa J. Groggs.
