Album Notes & Community Reviews
Janet Jackson's seventh studio album, produced with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, centers dancefloor R&B built on samples, most prominently the title track's use of Change's 'The Glow of Love'. Carly Simon and a broad cast of contemporary producers place it at the commercial peak of turn-of-the-century R&B production.
