Album Notes & Community Reviews
Jimmy Eat World's fourth album was self-funded after the band left Capitol, then picked up by DreamWorks, and its direct, melodic emo-pop is built around Jim Adkins and Tom Linton's alternating vocals. 'The Middle' and 'Sweetness' became the singles that carried the band from cult status to mainstream radio.
