Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released unexpectedly on New Year's Eve, this deeply emotional ballad features the legendary Paul McCartney providing a warm, electric piano accompaniment. The heavily auto-tuned vocal performance functions conceptually as a message from the artist's deceased mother speaking directly to him and his newborn daughter. The tender, lullaby-like structure presented a jarring but welcome vulnerability following the harsh industrial noise of his previous era.
