Album Notes & Community Reviews
Initially released as a promotional single before overwhelming listener demand pushed it to official single status, this track incorporates heavy trap and hip-hop influences. Katy Perry teams up with rapper Juicy J over an ominous, bass-heavy beat produced by Max Martin and Dr. Luke. The song's massive success cemented the commercial viability of blending pure pop with Southern hip-hop textures.
