Hot n Cold

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Engineered by pop masterminds Dr. Luke and Max Martin, 'Hot n Cold' utilizes pulsating, high-energy synthesizers and a relentless four-on-the-floor beat to detail the frustrations of an indecisive partner. The track's aggressively catchy, shout-along chorus and polished pop-rock aesthetics solidified Perry's transition from a one-hit provocateur into a reliable pop juggernaut. It dominated international radio and club circuits upon release.
