Album Notes & Community Reviews
Fusing hypnotic electronic production by Dot da Genius with profoundly isolating lyricism, 'Day 'n' Nite' introduced the lonely stoner persona to mainstream rap. The track's moody alternative influence profoundly altered the trajectory of modern hip-hop, inspiring a massive wave of emotionally vulnerable artists.
