Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning as the second single from 'Born This Way', this aggressive electropop track reunited Lady Gaga with producer RedOne. The lyrics employ Biblical metaphors to describe the irresistible pull of a toxic, backstabbing lover. Its accompanying music video featured Gaga as Mary Magdalene alongside a biker-gang iteration of the Twelve Apostles, sparking predictable religious controversy.
