Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced alongside Rob Fusari, 'Paparazzi' navigates the complex, often toxic relationship between celebrity obsession, stalking, and the media industrial complex. The track's menacing, mid-tempo electronic groove provides a darker, more theatrical counterpoint to the artist's earlier, more straightforward dance-pop hits. Its highly choreographed, controversial live performance at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards fundamentally shifted modern pop spectacle.
