Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking her first official collaboration with producer Jack Antonoff, this track served as the lead single for the highly celebrated album 'Norman Fucking Rockwell!'. Lana Del Rey pairs folk-rock acoustic guitars and sweeping orchestral swells with newly assertive, protective, and self-assured lyricism. The song signaled a mature, critically lauded shift toward Laurel Canyon-inspired, 1970s singer-songwriter traditions.
