Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as one of Lil Peep's earliest and most enduringly popular releases, this lo-fi track essentially established the blueprint for SoundCloud-era emo rap[cite: 3]. The beat heavily samples a melancholic, acoustic guitar riff from Yppah's 'Never Mess With Sunday', perfectly backing Peep's vulnerable, half-sung delivery[cite: 3]. It was re-released posthumously on streaming services in 2019 to widespread commercial success.
