Album Notes & Community Reviews

An early Domino single from Ben Jacobs, recording as Max Tundra, 'Cakes' was assembled on a Commodore Amiga using tracker software. Its dense, rapidly shifting melodic fragments anticipate the hyperactive indietronica of his debut album 'Some Best Friend You Turned Out to Be'.
