Album Notes & Community Reviews
From 'Northern Star', 'Never Be the Same Again' pairs Melanie C with TLC's Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes, whose rap verse answers the song's account of a friendship turning romantic. The downtempo R&B production marked the furthest step from the Spice Girls' sound in her solo debut.
