Album Notes & Community Reviews
A smooth, incredibly infectious fusion of contemporary R&B and hip-hop soul that became a ubiquitous cultural phenomenon upon release. Its bouncy rhythm and playful, automotive-themed sexual metaphors made it an inescapable party anthem of the early 2000s. Its massive legacy, however, has been profoundly overshadowed by the artist's severe legal and ethical controversies.
