Album Notes & Community Reviews

An acoustic piano-driven lament that originated from an inside joke during the 'The Bends' tour, the track morphs into a dark critique of authority and societal vindictiveness. Ed O'Brien's feedback loop manipulation effectively distorts the song's climax, ending the piece in an unsettling wash of noise. Its iconic music video, featuring Thom Yorke in the backseat of a driverless car, amplified its surreal, paranoid atmosphere.
