Friday

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by the vanity label ARK Music Factory, 'Friday' became an infamous, unintentional viral sensation that fundamentally altered early YouTube culture. The track was ruthlessly criticized for its painfully simplistic lyricism, heavy Auto-Tune, and low-budget music video, resulting in intense cyberbullying directed at the young singer. Despite the vitriol, it sparked widespread conversations regarding internet fame and the changing landscape of digital pop consumption.
